Frequently asked questions
What is the return policy?
We want you to love your Shunya Footwear. If your pair isn’t a perfect fit, we’ve made the return process simple and transparent.
Our Policy:
- 7-Day Window: You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
- Product Condition: Items must be in their original, unused state and free of any physical damage or signs of wear.
- Visual Verification: To process your request, please share clear images of the product (top, sides, and sole) via email or WhatsApp to verify its condition.
How do I initiate an exchange?
Simply message us on WhatsApp with your order number and clear photos of the footwear (top, sides, and soles). Once verified, we will arrange a free home pickup for your exchange.
How do I find my perfect size?
Measure your longer foot from heel to longest toe, in the evening, then match it to our size guide. Our sandals run slightly narrow — if you are between two sizes, take the larger one. Unsure? Our concierge will help on WhatsApp.
How should I care for my Shunya footwear?
Wipe with a soft, damp cloth to remove dust. For tougher stains, use a mild soap solution. Avoid soaking them in water to maintain the structural integrity of the soles.
When will I get my order?
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours (Monday to Saturday) and usually delivered 3–7 days after dispatch, depending on your location.
How can I reach your team?
We are available 24/7 on WhatsApp! Whether you have a question about a product or need help with an order, just drop us a message and our team will get back to you immediately.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, we offer secure Cash on Delivery on all orders across India to ensure you have complete peace of mind when shopping.
