Track your order

Every Shunya order gets a tracking link the moment it ships. Here is how to find yours, and what to do if you can't.

If your order has already shipped

A tracking link was sent to the email address you gave at checkout. Open it any time — it keeps updating itself until the parcel reaches you, so there is no need to check back with us.

How long it should take

• Dispatch: 1–2 working days from when you order. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays go out the next working day.
• Delivery: typically 3–7 working days after dispatch. Metro cities usually arrive sooner; remote pin codes take longer.
• Everything ships from our facility in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh.

These are courier estimates, and weather or regional restrictions can move them.

If you can't find your tracking link

Two common reasons: it's sitting in a promotions or spam folder, or you checked out with a phone number and no email address — in which case there was no inbox for us to send it to.

Have your order number ready if you can. It looks like #1002 and appears in your order confirmation. If you don't have it, the phone number you ordered with is enough.

If it has been longer than expected

Tell us on WhatsApp rather than waiting. We will chase the courier ourselves and come back to you — you should not have to do that part.
