Size guide

1. Measure your foot — don't guess your size

Stand on a sheet of paper with your heel flat against a wall. Mark the tip of your longest toe — for a lot of people that isn't the big toe. Measure from the wall to that mark in centimetres.

Two things that make the measurement honest: do it in the evening, when your feet are at their largest, and measure both feet. They are rarely identical. Use the bigger one.

2. Find your size

The Length in CM column is the one to trust. UK and US equivalents differ from brand to brand; a foot measurement doesn't.

Length in cm Length in inches UK / India EU USA
22 8.66 2 35 4
22.7 8.93 3 36 5
23.3 9.17 4 37 6
24 9.44 5 38 7
24.7 9.72 6 39 8
25.3 9.96 7 40 9
26 10.23 8 41 10
26.7 10.51 9 42 11

We stock EU 36 to 41 — the sizes shown in bold.

3. Between two sizes? Go up.

This is the most useful sentence on the page. Our sandals run slightly small, and when a measurement lands between two rows, the larger size is almost always the right order.

We are telling you this because wrong-size orders are the single most common reason a pair comes back to us. Sizing up costs you nothing — a shoe that is a touch roomy is wearable, and one that is a touch tight is not.

Still not sure?

Send us your foot measurement in centimetres and the style you're looking at, and we'll tell you which size to order. We would much rather answer that message than process a return.
